Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship our products to all countries within the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is currently not possible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Shipping Costs

All prices on the webshop are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time is typically 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page (for example, for custom‑made or personalised items).

4. Delivery Times

Orders are generally shipped within 30 days.

Indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • destination

  • product availability

  • carrier

Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.

5. Delays & Unavailability

If a product is unavailable or the delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed within 30 days.

In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge, after which the paid amount will be refunded.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer or at the selected pickup point.

Delivery is considered completed once:

  • the package has been offered once at the specified address, or

  • the package has been delivered to the chosen pickup point

The carrier’s report serves as proof of delivery.

7. Failure to Collect or Late Collection

If a package is not collected or collected too late and is returned to the seller, the following costs are charged to the customer:

  • original shipping costs (including in cases of free shipping)

  • return shipping costs

  • administrative and processing fees

These costs will be deducted from any refund. In case of reshipment, new shipping costs will be charged.

8. Liability

The seller is not liable for:

  • delays caused by third parties (such as transport services)

  • loss or damage after correct delivery according to the carrier

9. Damage Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect the order immediately upon receipt.

Visible damage or irregularities must be:

  • reported in writing within 48 hours after receipt

  • via info@kussenwebshop.be

11. Applicable Law
