Our percale cotton is woven in France, and with a TC of 233, it's a truly downproof weave. The fabric is calendered for a crispy finish (cotton cambric).

The 3D fibers are so fine that they feel just like down feathers. This also allows the pillow to be filled much more heavily, giving it more body and extra softness.
