What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the weight and the destination.
For smaller cushions, ordering multiple pieces is more cost‑effective: the shipping cost per item drops significantly because several cushions can be packed into a single box.
Example: up to 25 cushions in size 40×40 cm can fit into one parcel thanks to vacuum packing — which means the cost per cushion becomes up to 25× lower.
Do you also supply B2B?
Yes, we also supply B2B. If you have a VAT number, we can grant your company immediate access to the B2B section of the shop. Contact us for more information.

Measure your cushion cover and choose aninsert in the same size. A cushion filling is usually made slightly largerthan the cover so it fills the corners nicely. However, we already take thisinto account and make the cushion insert slightly larger than the size stated.

Wat als het gewicht van mijn kussen niet klopt?
It is normal for the weight to vary slightly. We work with a small filling tolerance that depends on the weight category, but the base weights are always high enough to ensure a well‑filled cushion.
Examples:
– For a 25×25 cm cushion (85 g), the tolerance may be ±17 g.
– For an 800 g cushion, the tolerance is around ±40 g.
A perfectly exact weight is not realistic in production, which is why we ensure that every cushion is sufficiently filled from the start.
Is my cushion suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, but not all types. This depends on the type of cover and filling. Our Basic collection is suitable for outdoor use because both the cover and filling are hydrophobic. Cushion inserts with a woven cover, such as microfiber or percale cotton from our Step‑up and Premium collections, can develop mold if they remain wet for too long. These should only be used in combination with a waterproof cover.
How long will the filling last?
On average 2–4 years, depending on use and the type of filling. With additional filling, you can significantly extend the lifespan.Use: Decorative cushions are generally not suitable for sitting on, as they lose their resilience more quickly. Seat cushions should be filled with PU foam sticks, as these are firmer.Type of filling: Cushions with 3D polyester HCS last longer because the fine fiber structure allows more weight in the cushion. Cushions filled with memory foam sticks can last for years with normal use.

What is your return policy?
Except for custom‑made items, you can return unused and unopened products within the legal return period. Please contact our customer service for the correct procedure.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track‑and‑trace code by email. For smooth delivery, even when you are not at home, we recommend setting your delivery preferences in the myDPD app.
Do you also deliver to the Netherlands or France?
Yes, we ship to several countries within Europe. The shipping costs are adjusted per region.
When will my order be delivered?
The items that are part of our basic assortment are always kept in stock and can usually be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. For all other cushions, the “Make To Order” principle applies, which means the delivery time is generally a bit longer. Depending on the quantity, this ranges from 1 week to 10 days. For special projects, the delivery time is determined in consultation with the customer.

What is the difference between a ‘soft’ pillow and a firmer model?
Our Soft pillows are filled with 3D Polyester Gelfiber. This fiber is soft, airy, and ideal for back sleepers and combination sleepers.
Firmer pillows are filled with polyester ball fiber. Don’t be misled — this fiber is still very soft! However, ball fiber provides more support, making it ideal for side sleepers or anyone who prefers a higher pillow.
Which inner cushions are vegan?
All cushions from Kussenwebshop are free from animal products and completely vegan!
What is the advantage of a pillow with a zipper?
Inner cushions and pillows with a zipper offer a major advantage: the filling can easily be adjusted to your personal preference. Use our pillow finder to filter for models with a zipper!
Can I have my old pillow refilled instead of buying a new one?
Absolutely! If your inner cushion or pillow has a zipper, you can use our loose filling to restore its volume, height, and resilience.
Are the bags of loose filling resealable, and what is the best way to store the filling?
Yes, all fillings are delivered in a resealable non‑woven bag. Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
